Endlessly fascinated by the brain—not just as an organ, but in how our thoughts, emotions, and interactions shape who we are and how our minds are wired. A journalist at heart, I love diving into conversations with experts across diverse fields, uncovering insights and sharing stories that inspire curiosity and understanding. At the same time, I’m an author, weaving words into narratives that communicate ideas, evoke emotion, and spark imagination.
Beyond writing and interviewing, I manage the operational heartbeat of Mind Threads—overseeing emails, coordinating communications with ambassadors, maintaining and improving the website, and even designing and coding interactive games that bring our ideas to life. I also manage our social media presence, ensuring our content reaches and engages our community effectively.
My creativity extends into hands-on hobbies—crocheting, knitting, portrait drawing, embroidery, and photography—each a way to explore the world and capture its nuances. Juggling multiple passions allows me to approach every project from a multidimensional perspective, while I continue cultivating my polyglot skills, connecting with people across cultures through language, storytelling, and shared curiosity.
I thrive at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and exploration—constantly seeking ways to learn, create, and inspire. For me, every project is a chance to challenge myself, push boundaries, and turn ideas into tangible experiences that make an impact.

harnesses the scientifically-proven "method of loci" technique that can increase recall by 200-300% compared to traditional memorization methods by strengthening hippocampus connections and activating multiple brain regions simultaneously including the visual cortex, parietal lobe, and prefrontal cortex. This ancient technique enhances neuroplasticity through repeated spatial-visual associations, improves working memory capacity by creating visual anchors, and builds cognitive reserve that protects against age-related memory decline - all backed by decades of neuroscience research showing measurable memory improvements after just weeks of practice, which is why it's used by memory champions worldwide!
